Hybrid Energy Secures Contract in Qatar

Hybrid Energy Secures Contract in Qatar

Hybrid Energy has secured a contract to supply its energy stations for a Global Telecommunications Operator in Qatar.

Having completed extensive trials with a Tier 1 Telecom Company the company was reassured that the energy stations would operate reliably in the harsh desert environment and withstand extreme temperatures up to 50oC during June, July & August.

The operator was searching for a reliable solution that could replace its standard AC generators and evaluated several suppliers before selecting Hybrid Energy. Hybrid Energy's abiility to remotely monitor and manage the units was a major factor for the operator who had no means of monitoring or gaining accurate information on the status and performance of its existing generators. Hybrid was able to provide real time information on the status of the equipment and its performance and schedule maintenance activities, and fuel deliveries at the optimum time to minimize site visits and associated costs. Hybrid could also provide accurate reports and trending analysis which helped ensure the network was not affected by power outages which had been common due to generator failures, particularly during the peak Summer temperatures.
